01 · Privacy
Your answers are yours.
What we collect. Your diagnostic answers, the artifacts we generate from them, and the email you give at checkout. Stripe handles your card. We never see it.
How we use it. Only to build and deliver your Personal OS. Your answers are sent to our AI provider to generate your artifacts. They are not used to train AI models.
Who else touches it. Our service providers: Anthropic (generation), Stripe (payment), Supabase (storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.
Your private link. Your results live at a private link. Anyone with the link can view them.
Deleting it. Use Delete my data on your results page. It permanently erases your answers and artifacts. Otherwise we keep them so you can return to your link.
Questions. Email peter@cogello.com.
02 · Terms
What you’re buying.
The product. A one-time purchase of four written artifacts generated from your answers, delivered as a web page, a PDF, and a slide deck.
Not therapy or medical advice. Personal OS is a tool for reflection and planning. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed professional.
Who can use it. You must be 18 or older.
Ownership. Your artifacts are yours to keep, print, and share. The Personal OS name, design, and method remain ours.
Fair use. One purchase covers one person. Don’t resell the service or misuse the site.
03 · Refunds
Seven days, no argument.
If your Personal OS doesn’t feel like you, email peter@cogello.com within 7 days of purchase. We refund the full $79.
Prefer a fix over a refund? Tell us what missed and Peter will revise it personally.
